Transcripts

Request Transcripts in the following ways: 

1.   Current Students - Order transcripts through Naviance using the  instructions linked here

2.   Alumni (including last school year's graduates) -  Order an official transcript for a college or university through Naviance using the instructions specifically for alumni and recent graduates linked here to access your account.
 

If you do not have a Naviance account, you can request a transcript or records through the school office by following the instructions below. If you have questions, please use the Registrar's email address listed below. 

All Transcript or Records Requests must include the following:

  • Full first and last name used while attending Sequoia High School

  • Student ID number (if known)

  • Date of birth

  • Copy of ID - driver's license, state ID card, military ID, passport

  • Graduation year or the last year you attended the school 

  • Number of transcript copies requested 

  • Where you want your transcripts sent

  • Phone number in case there is a problem with your Transcript Request
